Complete the application below to request use of the Grosse Ile Colony Clubhouse (up to 85 guests, open to the public). Once submitted, your application is emailed to the association office and you’ll receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt.

Reservations & Deposit
The clubhouse is reserved on a first-come basis upon a completed application and required deposit.

Capacity
Occupancy may not exceed 85 guests at any time.

Hours & Noise
Events must observe posted hours and reasonable noise levels out of respect for residents.

Cleanup
Renters are responsible for leaving the clubhouse clean and in good order after use.

Damage & Liability
The renter is responsible for any damage to the clubhouse, furnishings, or grounds.

Conduct
Guests must comply with all community rules and applicable local ordinances.
